Our latest paper was published in Langmuir<\/em>! Congratulations to Kyle Preusser and other lab members Kyle Duke and Pari! We report\u00a0a novel hybrid nanocomposite based on a metal\u2013organic framework and electroconductive cellulose nanocrystals for the individual and simultaneous detection of heavy metal ions Cd2+<\/sup>, Pb2+<\/sup>, Cu2+<\/sup>, and Hg2+<\/sup>. This study demonstrates the feasibility of our hybrid nanocomposite as a novel sensing platform for the electrochemical detection. Congratulations to the lab on the remarkable achievement of publishing <\/em>“Label-free impedimetric determination of cortisol using gold nanoparticles functionalized laser-induced graphene interdigitated electrodes” appearing in\u00a0Advanced Materials Technologies<\/em>. This paper represents years of hard work and dedication, marking a major step forward in biosensor development for detection of cortisol. A special shoutout to the authors Kyle Duke, Pari Dhungana, Collin Richards, and Kyle Preusser for their exceptional collaborations to this groundbreaking research.
