Our latest paper was published in Langmuir! Congratulations to Kyle Preusser and other lab members Kyle Duke and Pari! We report a novel hybrid nanocomposite based on a metal–organic framework and electroconductive cellulose nanocrystals for the individual and simultaneous detection of heavy metal ions Cd2+, Pb2+, Cu2+, and Hg2+. This study demonstrates the feasibility of our hybrid nanocomposite as a novel sensing platform for the electrochemical detection. Read more about it here. – August 27, 2025
